I had a really good experience at this spa in Ogunquit. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and it felt like a place where you could actually unwind. The massage itself was great. My therapist, Nem, had a really strong understanding of the body and muscles, which definitely showed throughout the session. He took time at the beginning to ask about what I had going on, and where I was feeling tight or sore. It didn’t feel like a standard, one-size-fits-all session. They adjusted things as they went based on what my body needed, and I left feeling more relaxed and definitely better physically. What stood out to me was the level of attention and care. It felt more thoughtful than rushed, which I really appreciated. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a solid, personalized massage in Ogunquit, and I’d go back!

I absolutely love Your Body Works! The owner is so kind, organized, communicative and the most incredibly talented and knowledgeable massage therapist. I make it a must to go here for a relaxing, amazing massage every month or so. I have been visiting for facials over the past few years, and it has consistently been an amazing experience. Given my hectic work-life schedule, these treatments provide a much-needed opportunity to disconnect and relax. I truly appreciate the consistent quality of service and the professionalism of the staff (Nem was fantastic). Additionally, the location is very convenient, and having a dedicated parking lot makes each visit seamless and stress-free. I specifically wanted to highlight the Optimizer Facial. The neck, shoulder, and chest massage provided while the face mask settles is exceptional and a highlight of the treatment.

We came to Ogunquit for a short visit and tried to book an appointment here several times during business hours—no one ever answered the phone. Eventually, we decided to walk in and waited at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes. We could hear staff talking and laughing in the back, but as soon as we announced ourselves, the conversation stopped and no one came out to greet us. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was really disappointing.

I had the best deep tissue massage on Friday. I came in with a very sore neck/shoulders and left feeling so relaxed and all the knots in my muscles were gone. I wish I lived closer because I would book a massage here every month if I could. Will definitely be back!

This was the best massage my wife and I have ever received. Very clean environment and professional staff. Will be returning next time we are in Ogunquit!

Boy oh boy!!! I want to return to Ogunquit, ME during the on season to have another signature massage. It has been years since I had one but MAN, this is just what the Dr ordered. Staff super friendly, place smelled invigorating I almost went to sleep during my massage. I felt rejuvenated and like I had NOT one worry in the world!!

Awesome massage! My service was with Nem and he was fantastic. He has an extensive background in PT which also helped me with my issues. Will definitely go back soon.
